About Jake Schory

Before joining Kawash Group, Jake cultivated a career across two uniquely human industries: hospitality and entertainment. He honed his client-first instincts serving guests in fast-paced hospitality environments, and brought that same presence and poise to the screen, earning film credits on both Amazon Prime and Netflix.

It was a deeply personal experience, however, that set his career in a new direction. When his parents decided to sell their family home, Jake stepped in to help guide them through the process. What began as an act of love for his family became a defining moment, he discovered a passion for real estate that combined everything he had spent years developing: the ability to connect with people, navigate high-stakes moments with composure, and deliver results when it matters most.

Now a licensed broker with Kawash Group, Jake specializes in business sales, helping investors and owners transition out of their commercial ventures with confidence and clarity. He also represents tenants and landlords across both residential and commercial markets, guiding clients through lease negotiations and renewals with a meticulous, relationship-driven approach.
